At Luca Line Services we specialise in the installation of external Insulation and we use the Cantillana external wall Insulation system
The Cantillana system is a process whereby Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) insulation is fixed to the exterior wall of your house. The EPS board is reinforced with a base coat and fibreglass mesh. It is then rendered with a protective layer of acrylic finish which is available in up to 140 colours, brick or dash finish.
Insulating your home is a guaranteed return on investment. Your home will be a much warmer and comfortable place to be in winter, and a cooler more refreshing space in the warmer months.
Installing external insulation will help to reduce your heating bills by up to 30% by allowing your heating system to function more efficiently. The prevention of excess heat loss will ultimately result in your home needing less energy to heat itself.
Improve the energy efficiency of your home with external wall insulation
If you are looking to increase the efficiency of your home or building by acquiring insulation then you may be eligible for a grant from the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI).
The Home Energy Saving Scheme was launched to encourage homeowners to improve the energy efficiency of their home and contribute to a greener environment. The Grant's available are €6000, €4500 and €2750 and can make a considerable contribution to the cost of your insulation.
